Landscape Grading and Site Preparation
Proper site grading is the foundation of successful landscaping and hardscaping projects. Water must flow away from building foundations, walkways must drain without ponding, patios and decks must have appropriate slope for drainage, and lawn areas must be graded to prevent low spots where water accumulates.
